At GrandStores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your product is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your GrandStores account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button next to the item you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return processing.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
